TuneYou is an online radio directory and streaming platform that provides links to publicly available internet radio stations. We do not host, upload, or control the content streamed by these radio stations. The radio stations themselves are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary licenses and rights to broadcast their content.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TuneYou has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. TuneYou may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
